Shipping Methods

I aim to get your purchases made, packed and posted within 3-5 working day of your payment (in most cases, the next day, except weekends).




(2 to 3 working days) 

Standard postage will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class with a proof of posting receipt obtained



(1 working day) 

A tracking number is provided and requires a signature on delivery to provide peace of mind that the item is delivered. Covers loss of items up to the value of up to £50




Delivery aim for:

• Western Europe within 3 working days

• Eastern Europe within 5 working days

• Rest of the world between 10 - 20 working days (this might be longer if a country suffers extreme weather, postal strikes or anything which can delay the postal service in your country)



It is generally a day faster than standard Airmail and provides tracking but is not guaranteed - the aim is:

• 2 working days after posting to Western Europe (Additional charge will apply)

• 4 working days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities) (Additional charge will apply)

• 6 working days after posting to the Rest of the World.

Airsure® is tracked at six points from despatch through to delivery, with online confirmation of delivery


If you request a custom order this may take longer to make however I will give you an estimated delivery date on my quote. 


Please be aware that packages sent by standard airmail delivery can take up to 6 weeks to arrive in some countries including USA, Canada and Australia.


Delays may occur when items are held at customs and during severe weather, if this happens then I kindly ask that you wait under these circumstances to allow for the item to progress through the postal system

Easy Returns & Exchanges


You may return unworn items (except earrings for hygiene reasons) for a refund or exchange within 7 working days of receiving your item. Please notify me as soon as possible if you wish to return an item. The customer has full responsibility for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

Please ensure you send any items securely packaged back to me, as I cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit for return or exchange. 

The buyer is responsible for returning the item back and the return postage charge. I cannot accept responsibility for the item until it has been delivered to me so Proof of postage receipt from your post office is advisable. 

Please note: I do not credit back the return postage costs unless the return is due to a faulty item, and if you choose to send items back by Registered / Special Delivery, I cannot cover this cost unless a prior agreement has been made with me. 



Unworn items in their original packaging only. For an exchange with another item you will be charged Postage and packaging since I have to create a new order for you. Where the new item is less expensive I will refund the difference. If more then you will pay the difference which you will need to contact me to arrange to pay the extra money. 




You must report any faults within 30 days from the purchase date. 

You can return faulty items for an exchange or a refund if an exchange is not possible. The return cost will be refunded to you which will be limited to the equivalent of my standard postage relative your country. If you choose to send items back by Registered / Special Delivery, I cannot cover this cost unless a prior agreement has been made with me. So please contact me if you are planning on doing this. 


The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state
